In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club Foundation of Greater Danbury Inc. and the Kiwanis Club of Danbury, Inc.. Generally the Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30PM .
This committee oversees numerous community service projects of the Kiwanis Foundation

Flags of Valor
American Flag display to honor active military and veterans. Joint project with Key Clubs, Boy and Girl Scouts and other groups.
This committee is charged with raising funds for community projects. Several subcommittees are overseen in these efforts.
Halloween on the Green
Annual Children's Halloween costume parade, gifts, etc.
Responsible for arranging visits to other Kiwanis Clubs.
This is the committee for the Kiwanis for Kids Breakfast. This is a scholarship and award event as well as the primary fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club Foundation of Greater Danbury, Inc. The event is on Friday May 2, at the Portuguese Cultural Center, 65 Sand Pit Road, Danbury, CT
Key Leader Student Community Forum 2014
Kiwanis and Partners one day conference for High School Student Leaders with goal of having them impact their school communities by encouraging them to implement efforts to make the school environments healthier, kinder and more civil.
Kiwanis for Kids Breakfast and Silent Auction
Annual fundraiser and celebration of Key Club leaders and seniors graduating from area high schools
